Every machine has its own use such as cutting, milling, turning etc. The most considerable part of this precision machining process is that it does not control and is performed manually but by CNC (Computer numerical control). This marching process makes our work automated and easy.

Vertical Machining Center (VMC)
A VMC machine (Vertical Machining Center) is a type of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine that primarily performs precision machining processes like milling, drilling, and tapping on a vertical axis.
4-axis CNC machine
We use a 4-axis CNC machine, which helps us work more efficiently and produce high-quality products. Unlike a regular CNC machine, which has 3 axes, the 4-axis CNC machine adds an extra rotary axis. This extra axis allows us to easily create complex parts and components, making the entire process faster and more precise.
MILLING MACHINING
Milling machines are one of the most common and useful machineries or tools in the process of precision machining. These milling machines are usually used for removing materials from any workpiece. These milling machines can remove materials by different types of methods such as drilling, cutting etc. There are two types of milling machines we widely use
