TOOL ROOM:

The tool room serves as the strategic core of all our design activities, equipped with advanced precision hardware that transforms blueprints into flawless dies, ensuring high-quality forging outcomes. Accurate templates, jigs, and fixtures play a key role in achieving this goal.

Additionally, the Die Shop operates its own quality control system, which includes comprehensive audits to verify the dimensional accuracy, tolerance, and to identify any potential flaws or irregularities in the dies.

PACKAGING:

Our products are labeled with clear and accurate identification, ensuring that each item is easily recognizable and meets the specifications required for shipment. The products are then professionally packaged in cartons that are durable and designed to meet international export standards, ensuring safe transit. For added protection, the products are placed on chemically treated wooden pallets, which prevent damage during transportation and are treated to comply with international shipping regulations (such as pest control for wooden materials). All of this is done according to the specific needs and requirements of the customer, ensuring that the products are delivered in perfect condition, ready for global markets.”
